1.11 Update

A small update for KBonk! A bugfix and a quick new feature while I'm at it.
The changes are as follows:
- Fixed a bug preventing Gift Subscriptions from properly registering.
- Added settings:
- Spin Speed (Min)
- Spin Speed (Max)
- Overrides for these settings have also been added to Custom Bonks.
