1.17 Update

With the most recent VTube Studio update adding support for an "Add" mode for parameter control, KBonk should now work seamlessly with VBridger - no workarounds required!

The changes are as follows:

• Parameter control uses new "Add" mode, resolving issues with other plugins that control the same parameters (e.g. VBridger).
• Fixed Sub and Gift Sub events not being able to use Custom Bonks.
• Added Sub and Gift Sub buttons to the Test Bonks page.
• VTube Studio authentication key is now saved, removing the need to manually approve KBonk every time.
• Updated some packages.
